Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with a strong focus on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility and no on-call requirements.

Schedule & Requirements

• 40 hours per week

• 3 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2 days/week: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Schedule flexibility available

• No on-call requirements

Patient Population

• Outpatient neurological and orthopedic patients

• Experience working with neurological patients strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and outcomes per department standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goals

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut State Physical Therapist License

• BLS Certification required

• Outpatient PT experience required

• Neuro rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
