Job Title: Neonatologist
Join a collaborative and established group of seven neonatologists at a busy Level 3 NICU within a regional perinatal center in Pennington, NJ. This vital facility handles approximately 4,000 deliveries annually and offers a blend of clinical care and teaching opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized neonatal care at a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients.
- Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually.
- Participate in a combination schedule including 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts.
- Administer advanced neonatal services such as High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling.
- Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists within a well-established practice.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring of students, Family Practice residents, and an upcoming OB/GYN residency program.
- Support a multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care with close collaboration between obstetric and pediatric teams.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
- Experience as a Neonatologist.
- Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate if not currently residing in the area.
Licenses and Certification Requirements:
- Medical license for New Jersey or willingness to obtain one.
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
