Shift: Monday-Friday - Days. Work Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients and families.
Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.
· Performs evaluative and therapeutic procedures under the order of a physician or other accepted healthcare provider (mandatory supervision requirements) while observing precautions, indications, and contraindications.
· Evaluates residents per department protocols and establishes a therapeutic plan of care which includes functional long- and short-term goals, frequency and duration of services, and therapeutic modalities to be used.
Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of RI. Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
