- The acute services are centered out of Client's Medical system, a 160 bed, level 2 trauma center.
License / Certification:- Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Shift Notes: Days (0730-1600), every weekend
