Lead Registered Nurse responsible for providing and coordinating professional nursing care for elderly/resident Sisters across acute, chronic, and terminal phases, emphasizing infection control, safety, and age-related care. Requires graduation from accredited nursing program, current Texas RN licensure, strong communication skills, knowledge of geriatric/psychotropic medications, and preferably gerontology and supervisory experience. Full-time role involving interpretation of medical records, physician orders, nursing care plans, and delegation/supervision of caregiving staff.
