Compensation: $16.50/hr + Product Sales
How do our Customer Experience Specialists Drive Impact?
Our Customer Experience Specialist will be someone who will provide support to the dealership's service department by welcoming customers into our service department. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Listening carefully to customers and documenting details of their questions and concerns carefully
- Providing transparency to customers with consistent updates throughout their repair process
- Working as a team with your service admin and technicians
- Building repeat business through consistent follow-up techniques with customers
- Staging vehicles and shuttle customers as needed
We're Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Proven experience working within a team environment
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office
