Job Opportunity: Neurosurgeon in Pueblo, Colorado

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Eligible/Board Certified Neurosurgeon to become part of our collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in an underserved community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of a collegial team consisting of one Neurosurgeon and four experienced APPs.
- Manage an average of 8 to 12 patients per day in clinic, with additional support from 3-4 PAs.
- Perform surgeries in a facility that supports trauma level 3, with neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker available.
- Handle ER calls averaging 7 days per month, with imaging review from home and minimal in-person requirements.
- Participate in a flexible work schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, and 1 flex day.
- Opportunity to build a strong elective spine practice.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible through the ABNS.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- Strong focus on patient care and community health.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice record.
- DEA registration must be obtained prior to start.
