This critical access hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community, including emergency care, cardiac rehab, cancer care, wound care with hyperbaric chambers, and rehabilitation services. The facility features state-of-the-art equipment, including a new DaVinci robotic surgical system and dedicated procedure rooms for specialized women's health services.

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings• Manage diverse patient panel including prenatal, delivery, postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds regularly or coordinate care with hospitalists• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, pediatricians, CRNAs, and specialty consultants• Utilize state-of-the-art procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics• Perform robot-assisted surgeries using the hospital's recently acquired surgical system• Participate in a shared call schedule for work-life balance• Document all medical histories, exams, consultations, procedures, and treatment plans thoroughly• Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff• Engage in continuous education and professional growth opportunities• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols• Participate in hospital outreach efforts and quality improvement initiatives• Missouri license required (or willingness to obtain)• Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN required (2-5 years highly preferred)• J1 visa sponsorship available• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
