Shift: Days, 5 x 8s • 40 hours/week (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Alternate Schedule: 4 x 10-hr days considered
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As needed
On Call: None

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year outpatient experience preferred

• Current PT license in Connecticut or compact state eligibility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred

Duties:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for patients

• Document patient progress in EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

• Provide patient education and home exercise programs
