Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring an active Alaska license and ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based ICU with 6 beds
- Nurse to patient ratio is 2:1, at times 3:1
- Night shifts are 12 hours in length
- Meditech EMR and Pyxis Supply Stations used in the ICU
- Floating and on-call may be required as needed
- Standard 3-day departmental orientation provided
- Medication testing must be completed onsite within the first two weeks
- Scrubs are required and not provided
- Must comply with CBA guidelines for scheduling
Requirements
- Active Alaska RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required
