Pediatrician Outpatient Clinic (San Antonio, TX)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 8:00 PM or 4:00 PM 8:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $235,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in San Antonio, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population from birth through adolescence
Conduct well-child exams, immunizations, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with an integrated care team including nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health, and other specialists
Document patient visits and maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings as needed
Schedule Options:Full-Time: Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 8:00 PM
Part-Time: Monday Friday, 4:00 PM 8:00 PM
(Flexible arrangements available to suit provider needs)
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary up to $235,000

Qualifications:MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Texas
