Qualifications you'll bring: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Your key responsibilities: - Gather all contracts from various locations (shared drives, email attachments, physical files) into one central location.
- Migrate older paper contracts to digital, searchable versions.
- Implement a consistent approach to file naming to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
- Categorize contracts based on type, provider/health system name, effective dates, renewal terms, contract manager, and key clauses using metadata tagging.
- Set up access controls to limit who can view, edit, or manage specific contracts.
