  • 8a - 5p
• 2 days in surgery
• day flex
• Weekday shift: 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days)
• Weeknight Pager call: 5p-8a
• Weekend call: Fri 5p Mon 8a

Clinical Details

• General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults
• Expect median productivity
• Patient admits and rounding
• Avg Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
• Need outpatient support & ambulatory scopes

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active IL License
• Minimum # years of experience: 1
• DEA, CSR
• ACLS, BLS
• Required Procedures: General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults
• Local candidates - Preferred

Call

• 30 minute response
• Will work with locum on call expectations - prefer as much call coverage as possible
• Typical Call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day
