They perform medical and surgical procedures including treatment of infections, tumors, and defects, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals. This role requires an M.D. or D.O. with specialized residency training, board certification, and an active medical license.

Details of the Otolaryngologist opening:
- Anticipated start date: 11/04/2024
- Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
- Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks
- Anticipated schedule: 3x12 Days

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Otolaryngologist:
- Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, and oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck.
- Treating nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and sinusitis.
- Assisting patients with a limited or altered sense of smell.
- Treating patients with tumors in the head or neck or patients with a defect in the ear, nose, or throat.
- Collaborating with other medical practitioners.
Qualifications for the Otolaryngologist:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school.
- Successful completion of clinical residency training, specializing in otolaryngology.
- Successful completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).
- Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine in otolaryngology.
- Valid and active medical license in the State of practice.
