Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (General Application)

Location: Castleton, VT

Job Description:

• Provide primary healthcare services and medical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and other treatments
• Provide patient education and counseling on health issues
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Vermont or willing to obtain
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
