Incoming physicians will earn generous salary guarantees, productivity bonuses and quality/customer incentives (income potential $575k to $800k). They also provide excellent benefits, paid malpractice, and a flexible work schedule that includes seven weeks off and manageable call.
Their collegial practice features seven gastroenterologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers. They serve a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. With a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, their gastroenterologists enjoy a vibrant practice.
Other program highlights:
• Their GI physicians perform colonoscopy, EGD, EUS and ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation and capsule endoscopy.
• Two opportunities: the Kentucky position features manageable call (1:7), while the Ohio position has an option for NO call.
• Surging referrals have advanced the construction of a new stand-alone endoscopy facility on our Kentucky campus.
