AHMG Cardiology in Winter Garden is looking for a dynamic and non-invasive cardiologist to join our team at our Winter Garden location. This physician will help support the market in Winter Garden in association with physicians and advanced practice providers at our Apopka and Winter Garden campuses.

Responsibilities to include noninvasive, general cardiology. Responsibilities will include both inpatient and outpatient care, in addition to group call coverage which will be shared amongst the physicians in the practice. AHMG Cardiology at Winter Garden is a growing and established practice, part of our West Orange team, consisting of interventional, electrophysiology and general cardiologists.

Requirements for the position: Board Certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty board certification in Cardiovascular Disease. High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

The AH HLVI is centered in a tertiary facility known as AdventHealth Orlando within the Ginsburg Tower. This 15-story sanctuary of healing offers patients a full range of comprehensive heart and vascular care, including 12 hybrid operating rooms housing electrophysiology, vascular and invasive cardiology.

Practice Description

This is an employment opportunity part of AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG). AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth which employs over 700 physicians in nearly 70 specialties. AdventHealth Winter Garden, a part of AdventHealth Orlando, opened in 2016 as a state-of-the-art emergency facility featuring board-certified physicians trained in the care of both adults and children. AdventHealth Winter Garden opened its new inpatient tower in May 2022, a $229.5 million expansion which brings critical services to the fast-growing West Orange community. The new tower provides 80 private rooms and space for new services, including orthopedics, advanced gynecology, cardiology, gastroenterology, general and robotic surgery, neurology, spine health, colorectal and urology.
