Total Joint Orthopedics - Upstate New York Salary Range: $650,000-$750,000 Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000 Incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment. An established group of 11 Orthopedic Surgeons and 14 Advanced Practice Clinicians General Orthopedic Call Required 1:9 days - Dedicated Hospitalist for weekday coverage, shared call with whole Physician group APC 1st call system in place Joint Replacement Center located at AO Fox Hospital, a 40 bed acute care hospital Referral Base of over 150 Primary Care Clinicians Full Support Staff including APC s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction Comprehensive benefit package, including but not limited to medical, dental, CME, transition stipend and paid malpractice insurance Group employed model Job Requirements MD, DO or MBBS Completion of an accredited residency in orthopedic surgery, successful completion of which results in board eligibility NYS Licensure BLS Certification Required Fellowship Trained DEA Required Misc Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, including vacations and holidays Life Insurance and disability protections Paid Malpractice Retirement Benefits Generous CME time and money Supportive Transition Bonus
