RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Perform nursing activities in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of surgical experience
• Ensure provision of quality care for surgical patients through utilization of nursing process
• Follow established standards of care, policies and procedures
• Act as patient advocate and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Report to Unit Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, or RN Team Leader
• Participate in on-call rotation
• May be floated to other departments where qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated
• Specialize in perioperative nursing practice
• Responsible for circulating duties in the operating room environment
