American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of pediatric and GE MRI system experience for a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center assignment.
Responsibilities- Work in a children's hospital Level I Pediatric Trauma Center exclusively with pediatric patients
- MRI unit utilizes GE MRI systems
- 3x12 hour day shifts: Saturday-Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Weekend shifts required as needed
- Cerner EMR is preferred
- All RTO must be included at time of consideration
- No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
- Potential for floating within the clinical scope, though floating between campuses is rare
- Must be willing to work end-of-year holidays per assignment requirements
- Returning employees must have a separation period of at least one year to be eligible
- Candidates must be able to provide proof of vaccinations if requested
- Candidates who have previously worked at the facility should confirm eligibility before applying
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience with pediatric patient population
- ARRT certification required
- Proficient with GE MRI systems
- Valid driver’s license required for consideration
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- No first-time travelers; must have at least one completed travel assignment
- Active license required if applicable; pending licenses not accepted
