Your Daily Responsibilities:
-Conduct an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by the client facility's policies, procedures, or protocols.
-Develop an individualized care plan for the patient, reflecting collaboration with other healthcare team members.
-Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in an accurate and timely manner.
What You'll Need to Qualify for this Role:
-Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
-Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in any state.
-One or more years (s) of recent experience within field needed.
-Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
-Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
-Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
