2-4 phone consults

Currently the provider does 2 weeks per month - they start at 7am on a Monday and work 2 weeks straight
during that time they are on hospital call 24/7
They work in the clinic Monday-Thursday 8-5
in a normal clinic day they see between 20-30 patients
