UCHealth Medical Group is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our new Primary Care practice, located within a state-of-the-art Medical Office Building currently under construction on the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital campus, opening Q1 2026. Exceptional Benefits This position offers a competitive compensation package:

• Salary guarantee with achievable productivity and quality incentives
• The pay range for this full-time position is $287,000-$319,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
• Flexible full-time percentages that receive full benefits are available from .81 - 1.0. This translates to 29 - 36 patient-facing hours per week.
