Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Float Registered Nurse (RN) experienced in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, willing to float between units, and possess strong clinical skills and experience in EPIC charting.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in an overhire float unit.
- Adapt to various patient care situations as needed across medical-surgical and telemetry units.
- Utilize EPIC for accurate patient charting and documentation.
- Implement isolation precautions and manage dysrhythmias as required.
- 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Current New York State RN license (must have in hand to submit).
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience with EPIC charting is a hard requirement.
