Find your calling at Mercy! The Cardiovascular Paramedic will work within the Cardiac Cath Lab department to support and provide excellent care to all Cath Lab patients. The Cardiovascular Paramedic will work in Prep/Recovery as well as in the procedural rooms as an integrated part of the Cardiac Cath Lab team.
Position Details:Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of Paramedic training program. Advanced ECG interpretation skills required.
Experience: Preferred Two (2) years' experience in a Cardiac Stress Lab (but not required) or two (2) years of hospital and/or pre-hospital experience. Advanced ECG interpretation skills required.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Current valid license in the state of practice issued by the State Department of Health as a Paramedic. Current certification in Basic Life Support. ACLS.
