Gastroenterology - ERCP Opportunity Near Myrtle Beach

• 75/25 split on clinic vs. endoscopy
• 11 - 12 Patients per day for procedures; 20-25 per physician seen in the clinic
• Each physician has their own designated RN for support
• 5000+ cases per year in the endoscopy area 500 inpatient/4500 outpatient
• 150+ ERCP and 200+ EUS annually and volume continues to grow
• 8 day call 1 & 4
• Consultation Services only for IP
• No tech specifics are required
• 5 MDs & 2 NP in the clinic now, 1 NP day each day
• 3+ weeks wait time

Endoscopy Area

• 4 procedure rooms and 8 holding rooms (pre and post operative area)
• Scopes Olympus 180 and 190 series (HD scopes)
• C-Arm is available in the department
• Colonoscopies are done with Propofol and anesthesia support
• All of our procedures are done with propofol in our unit, but if the doctor travels to ICU to do a procedure where anesthesia is not there, then they would do that procedure with conscious sedation
• 5K cases
• 500 IP / 4500 OP
