Seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide direct care and leadership in a long-term care facility. The RN will oversee floor staff, assist with complex patient needs, and support residents with chronic and acute conditions in a 66-bed facility.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Dakota
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
- Passion for geriatric care and resident-centered approach
- Experience with common LTC diagnoses (CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia, urinary retention, wounds) preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $32.50–$48/hr (based on experience)
- Relocation Bonus: Available, determined at offer
