• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,211 – $2,456
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Minimum 3 years of recent CVOR nursing experience, including scrub and circulate duties
• Current BLS certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and clinical protocols
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills

CVOR RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, focusing on patient safety and positive outcomes
• Scrub and circulate for diverse cardiovascular surgeries
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital standards
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning
• Exhibit adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic surgical setting
