Provide case management services to children and families in the foster care system, including placement support, crisis intervention, educational advocacy, service authorization, liaison duties, permanency and adoption planning, court testimony, and record maintenance. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of social work or related experience, a clean driving record and vehicle insurance; full-time, weekdays. Role is based at a pediatric behavioral health center within a nonprofit health system supporting foster youth and family outcomes.

The Work:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility will be needed
- Responsible for providing case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
- A variety of tasks are involved including placements support crisis intervention educational advocacy authorization of services liaison work provision of permanency testimony in family court maintenance of client record permanency planning up to and including adoption planning and recruitment of potential adoptive resources

- Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in social work.
