We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mohs Surgeon to join our dermatologic surgery team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in dermatology with fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery.
Mohs Surgeon Responsibilities
- Perform Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer treatment
- Interpret histologic slides during surgery to ensure complete cancer removal
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups
- Collaborate with dermatologists, pathologists, and plastic surgeons
- Educate patients about procedures, risks, and recovery
- Stay updated on advancements in dermatologic and Mohs surgery
Mohs Surgeon Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- $600k to $700k base salary plus production incentive
- Schedule 4-5 days per week
Mohs Surgeon Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Dermatology
- Fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region
- Proficiency in interpreting frozen section pathology
- Strong manual dexterity and surgical precision
