Responsibilities and Duties- Provide primary care services to patients in a community health center setting
- Deliver care to a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking individuals
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Additional Information- Must have active California medical license
- Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) preferred
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking patient populations is required
