Job Summary
- Provide direct physical therapy interventions under supervision.
- Record treatments and progress in medical records.
- Ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to relieve pain and improve function.
- Monitor patient response and complete required documentation.

- End Date: 02/21/2026
- Care Setting: Long-term care
- Shifts: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week
Key Requirements- Licensure: Valid state-issued license
- Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Certifications: BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Experience: 1 year in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Skills: Strong understanding of human anatomy, effective communication
- Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
