Job DescriptionThe CT Technologist will be an integral member of the radiology team, responsible for performing a wide range of CT procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate must have Siemens experience and be skilled in various imaging techniques.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality CT scans according to protocols and standards.
- Prepare and administer contrast media as required for imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, specifically Siemens systems.
- Document procedures in the electronic health record system (Epic).
- Participate in emergency response and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- ARRT certification and current BLS certification required.
- Experience with Siemens imaging systems is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records is preferred.
