Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as first assist in general surgery cases, focusing on GYN procedures
• Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound examinations
• Collaborate with attending surgeons, always with backup available
• Provide care during flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with the surgical team

Additional Information

• Active New York license required
• Board certification in General Surgery is required
• Must have demonstrated experience in GYN cases and proficiency in transvaginal ultrasound
