Practice Concierge Primary Care Medicine
Provider MUST be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
Locations: MUST BE LOCAL TO ONE OF THE BELOW AREAS -
CA- Sacramento, Silicon Valley, San Francisco - ASAP Need ongoing - 3 Total needed with more quickly
WA - Seattle, Spokane - January ongoing - Total of 2 to 4 providers
NY - The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island - 1 provider per area ASAP Ongoing = Total of 5 providers
NJ- ASAP ongoing - 2 providers
Practice Description:
MUST BE TRULY BOARD CERTIFIED FP or IM
Provider must have a good bedside manner & entrepreneur type work ethic
Would be open to New Grad s on a case by case basis, but prefer experience
Able to work full time or part time
(Full time hours 7:30am to 8:30PM)
(Part time 7:30 am to 2:00PM or 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm)30 to 40 hours a week
No weekends
No Holidays
You are able to sign up for shifts 1 month in advance
They assign patients and appointment times using routing algorithms
CA, NJ, WA providers will have a MA accompany them, as well as pick them up every morning and drive them around to appointments.
NY providers will have a professional driver but no MA.Charting can be done on the drive in between appointments
Patients per day: 12-14 expectation is 2 per hour, however no rush as the patient experience is most important
You will have a supply office, and are required to be there if not seeing patients - this is not a flexible hour job
EMR: Dr. Crono
Laptop and all supplies are issued
Must be able to work a computer and smartphone, as well as download documents, upload documents, text and email professionally and quickly
On site eRx testing and lab draws will be doneAlso might be doing follow-up via telemedicine if neededAll appointments are booked online
All results are real time on a patient portal
2 weeks to credential
This is paid by the hour, and NOT by the patient - the patient experience is most important
Pay rate: $100 hour max
Interview Process:
CV filtered and reviewed, than 40 minute phone interview, and then shadow a physician doing concierge medicine - than final decision made.
