Permanent leadership opportunity for an experienced Hospital Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director in a full-time day shift role. This position focuses on clinical leadership, quality oversight, and operational excellence within an inpatient setting.
• Full-time Medical Director leadership role
• Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team
• Oversight of inpatient care delivery, quality, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership
• Support recruitment, retention, and training initiatives
• Focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• EPIC EMR
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years) REQUIRED
• Specialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in an acute care setting REQUIRED
• Not accepting fresh graduates
• Clean malpractice and license history REQUIRED
• NY medical license (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not accepting Visa candidates
• Monday Friday day shift
• hours per week
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
• Annual salary: $325,000 $350,000 (based on experience)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
