Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Combination of 8, 10, 12 and 16 hour shifts. Facility open 7 days a week. Saturdays are elective days from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with standby call after 3:00 PM. Sundays are standby call only. Call schedule distributed equally amongst the anesthetist team.
- Job Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital, 306 bed facility with 12 ORs including Cath labs
- Types of Cases: Average of 2-10 cases per day. Service lines include Orthopedics, General Surgery (including robotic/minimally invasive cases), Neurosurgery, GI Endoscopy, Electrophysiology & Structural Cardiology. Adult only practice, patient population ages 16-99 years old, no pediatrics.
- Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible
- Certifications: CAA certification, ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Works under anesthesiologist license
