Responsibilities and Duties- Deliver inpatient palliative care services in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex symptom management
- Support patients and families through advanced illness care planning
- Ensure continuity of care and comprehensive documentation using Epic EMR
- Uphold evidence-based practices in palliative and hospice medicine
Additional Information- Several years of palliative care experience required
- Must hold an active board certification; does not need to be in palliative care
- Missouri state medical license required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
