Locum Tenens - Obstetrician/Gynecologist in Virginia! Approximately 2 hours from Haynesville! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting with a supportive team. Position Details: Type: Locum Tenens Duration: 3 months Schedule: Restricted on-site call coverage with shifts including laboring patients, inductions, triage, ER and floor consults, trauma call, and follow-up on established patients Patient Volume: Average of 11 patients per day On Call: Yes, including evening call coverage Support Staff: Available EMR Systems: eCW for outpatient and Meditech for inpatient Responsibilities: Manage labor and delivery, including C-sections and handling emergent procedures Conduct ER and floor consultations Collaborate with office NPs to address emergent patient needs Provide comprehensive patient care without backup from an OB hospitalist Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Virginia medical license DEA/CSR certification Ability to familiarize with Meditech prior to the first shift If you are a dedicated OBGYN looking to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital, we encourage you to apply.
