Join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, where you'll oversee and manage key projects, bridging the gap between our onshore client team and offshore delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for the onshore client team, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver seamless ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and upgrades.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on best practices.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with integration methods, including REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations.
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
