Key Responsibilities:

• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in department meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical research activities when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification or fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology.
• Valid state medical license in Washington.
• Proven clinical experience in hematology and oncology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
