Interviews: SAME-DAY interviews | Candidates should expect a call from a (405) area code Facility: UnityPoint Health | EMR: EPIC | NBO: 16 hours Role Expectations: Provide interdisciplinary patient care; may float within the same discipline across local campuses Eligibility: Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility Pay Differentials: OT/Holiday 1.15× | Call-Back 1.5× (2-hr minimum) | On-Call $9/hr | Charge/Precept $6/hr Billable OT: 36–40 hrs/week → OT after 40 | 48 hrs/week → OT after 48 2025 Holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s); max 1 RTO day between 11/26–11/30 and 12/23–1/2
