PA/PA-C (No FNP's) in Rutland, VT - Permanent Full Time
We are currently seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our healthcare team in Rutland, VT. Please note that we are specifically looking for candidates who are PA/PA-C and not FNPs for this position.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA or PA-C licensure in the state of Vermont
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
