Shift: 12-hour rotating (Days/Nights)
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
? Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down / Float Pool setting
- Titrate vasopressors and manage high-acuity patients
- Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and boarding units as needed
- Maintain safe patient ratios (typically 1:3–5)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Adapt to floating assignments in 4-hour blocks during shifts
✅ Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS (AHA) – Preferred
- NIHSS – Preferred
- Epic charting experience – Required
- Must be comfortable titrating pressors (required – please confirm)
- Level I Trauma experience strongly preferred
- If no prior travel experience, Level I Trauma experience is required
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (perm/per diem/contract)
- Must pass Day 1 pass/fail testing
