Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry position, requiring a MD or compact RN license and night shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Cardiac Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- Night shifts (three 12-hour shifts per week, 19:00 - 07:30)
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts required as scheduled
- Floating required within the specialty, to sister units, and to lower acuity units as needed
- Open to first time travelers
- Care for patients with cardiac conditions requiring telemetry monitoring
- Must be willing to work holidays as assigned
Requirements
- Active MD or compact RN license
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience
- Experience in cardiac telemetry required
