Smart Physician Recruiting is exclusively working with this established, physician owned company with multiple urgent care centers in Montgomery and is expanding. Two physician openings in Montgomery, AL with the opportunity to start as a locum tenens provider and then consider a full-time position.

• Urgent Care centers in Montgomery are established (near 20 years in the community).
• Sites are open 24/7 with the ability to work day or night twelve hour shifts.
• This opportunity allows the physician to earn over $300k per year or more. Start with base compensation over $100/hr plus a lucrative RVU based bonus system that easily allows the physician to earn over $300k per year.
• We are ideally seeking emergency medicine physicians that are confident and able to see 3-4 patients per hour.
• Must be able to see basic peds, some occupational medicine injuries and handle basic chest pain before referring to a local hospital.
• This need is immediate and besides the lucrative compensation it also includes benefits of health insurance, malpractice and 401k.
• We are seeking board certified emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with previous urgent care experience.
