Outpatient Physical Therapist Shift: Monday- Thursday 730A-5P & Friday 730A-12P Weekend REQ: no weekends Is on-call REQ? No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? No Preferred/Required Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: Yes License REQ: SC or Multistate Compact PT License Certifications Required: BLS Experience Preferred: Outpatient clinic experience, Orthopedics experience Misc. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending License accepted: SC PT or compact state license in hand at time of start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager's approval. Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic Scrub Color: Business Casual Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors will be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
