Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.
Job Description & Requirements

Unit: 21 James – MS/Tele (Mixed Acuity: PCU & Med-Surg)
Assignment Length: 13–16 weeks
Shift: Rotating Days/Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule Details:
- No set schedule, weekends, or block scheduling
- Facility determines full schedule based on staffing needs
- May be scheduled for days, nights, or both
- Shift patterns reviewed every 4 weeks (changes not guaranteed)
- Flexibility required (possible to work every weekend)
- Self-schedule requests allowed prior to final schedule posting
Orientation:
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, Dayshift (general orientation)
- Week 2: 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years RN experience
- EPIC experience required
- BCLS required
- Skills: IV starts, telemetry, tracheostomy management
- Must float within units of equal or lower acuity
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Notes:
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
