Front Desk Receptionist for a healthcare provider to greet patients, verify insurance/referrals, register patients, answer/triage calls, schedule appointments, and process payments. Requires high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience), knowledge of medical office systems and insurance processing, and preferably two years' medical office experience. Day shift Mon–Fri in Golden, CO with benefits after waiting period and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in patient services, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the Patient Service Representative (PSR) Department supporting the front office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20
Shift: Day Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Greeting all patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude as they enter the office
- Verifying insurance and referral information prior to patient appointments
- Ensuring patient registration is accurate and complete before seeing the physician
- Answering telephones, triaging calls, and relaying messages to staff and physicians
- Assisting with appointment scheduling, post-visit checkouts, and payment processing
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED, or related experience in a medical office setting
- Minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance processing and computer systems
