Equipment Operator

📍 Location: Bourg, LA
💰 Pay: $18–$20/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
📅 Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Equipment Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.

🔧 The Job:

• Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, compactors, loaders) to move, spread, and compact waste materials.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Maintain landfill cover and site grading to meet safety and environmental standards.

• Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.

• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe landfill operations.

✅ Requirements:

• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
